Responsibilities
For the household management area, the following tasks are to be planned, delegated, monitored, and executed:

  • Organization of orders and purchases for the household management area
  • Training of new household and cleaning staff
  • Identification of training needs
  • Preparation of employee evaluations and conducting (or participating in) employee meetings
  • Assistance in creating job references and participating in the selection process for new employees
