ABOUT THIS ROLE

LOCATION
Washington DC on-site with potential for a hybrid (on-site and remote) schedule

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline (a master's degree is preferred).
Six (6) years' work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. An associate's degree plus 4 years' work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Three (3) to ten (10) years of experience in the integration and development of revenue analysis using operational data in the areas of Managerial cost accounting; process analysis; performance integration; and operational/security integration.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to work independently with little to no oversight.
Active Public Trust clearance.

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on the processing and delivery of monthly billing files, inventory discrepancies, monthly billing data, monthly adjustments, and other related issues.
Analyze and recommend solutions to optimize all parts of the revenue process including estimation, billing, collection, and closeout on a monthly basis and other related revenue management activities.
Assist in executing daytoday operations of the HQ revenue management functions.
Develop and maintain a revenue management guide, including standardized methodologies, SOPs, and tools that can be implemented organization wide.
Develop and maintain standard tools for revenue training, which shall be delivered to both headquarters staff and regional budget and financial personnel.
