Washington DC on-site with potential for a hybrid (on-site and remote) schedule


Requirements:


  • A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline (a master's degree is preferred).
  • Six (6) years' work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. An associate's degree plus 4 years' work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • Three (3) to ten (10) years of experience in the integration and development of revenue analysis using operational data in the areas of Managerial cost accounting; process analysis; performance integration; and operational/security integration.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently with little to no oversight.
  • Active Public Trust clearance.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on the processing and delivery of monthly billing files, inventory discrepancies, monthly billing data, monthly adjustments, and other related issues.
  • Analyze and recommend solutions to optimize all parts of the revenue process including estimation, billing, collection, and closeout on a monthly basis and other related revenue management activities.
  • Assist in executing daytoday operations of the HQ revenue management functions.
  • Develop and maintain a revenue management guide, including standardized methodologies, SOPs, and tools that can be implemented organization wide.
  • Develop and maintain standard tools for revenue training, which shall be delivered to both headquarters staff and regional budget and financial personnel.
