    My client is an industry leader within the trillion dollar Renewable Energy industry With more than $20B within their portfolio, my client is rapidly growing and expanding their market share within the industry anticipated to reach $100B My client has numerous operations within the Energy sector with a highly diversified portfolio of companies across wind energy, solar energy, battery storage, etc.


    They are excited to expand their team with an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join their team in a newly created position.


    The Senior Finance Business Partner will work with a portfolio of operating companies within the business to be the Finance liaison working with both external service providers and internal stakeholders.

    You will own the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to offer strategic financial insight into business decisions such as business expansion opportunities, cost saving initiatives, process improvement initiatives, and more as the business continues to grow

    Job Description
    Ownership of the preparation of budgets, forecasts, financial planning, and variance analysis of performance of current businesses.
    Collect, analyze, and consolidate financial data making recommendations to improve financial performance.
    Present financial status for monthly, quarterly, and annual meeting with Senior Leaders during business reviews.

    Work closely with Accounting, Treasury, Asset Management, and Project Management teams to ensure maintenance of project budgets, forecasts and actuals reporting.

    The Successful Applicant
    6+ years Finance experience
    Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
    Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and various analysis (variance, profitability, etc.)
    Ability to present financial analysis and make financial recommendations to Senior Leadership
    Impeccable attention to detail
    Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and follow through on completion of high-profile projects
    Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, sorting/filtering, conditional formatting, etc.
