This position is a hybrid position - some office, some remote.

***The HR Coordinator (HRC) role under the direction of the HR Advisor, will assist in the coordination of administrative support for the HR Department. They will perform tasks and duties that support the overall compliance of Human Resources and help to ensure that the department is effectively meeting state, federal, local laws and statutes. The HRC will maintain strict confidentiality and a high degree of integrity.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

Education /Background:

  • High School Diploma & three years of progressive customer service or call center experience
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
  • Associate's Degree preferred
  • Human Resources/legal experience preferred

Location:
Chicanos Por La Causa - LNY - HRDEPT

Schedule:
Regular - Full Time (FT), Days, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
