Pay Rate $21 / hour

***: Provides a variety of administrative and operational support tasks to the Loaned Equipment Program (LEP).


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Verify availability of requested equipment
  • Order equipment from 3rd party vendors as requested
  • Ensure Technicians work schedule is current
  • Maintain an open line of communication with the Sales Department and Technicians
  • Assist with coordinating work between Customers and Technicians
  • Account for all equipment in and out of inventory
  • Assist with conducting monthly inventory counts
  • Review all Loaned Equipment Proposals ensuring accuracy prior to request for approval
  • Create Loaned Equipment Agreements
  • Record all work orders and agreements in DM2 (ERP)
  • Update customer agreements for all returned equipment
  • Support Leadership team with tracking performance of customer agreements with loaned equipment
  • Responsible for tracking service calls and recording cost per job, expenses tied to work orders, etc.
  • Coding vendor invoices

Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS**:


  • Must type at least 30 words per minute
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Must have extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
