Overview:

Duties:


  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling deliveries, and interacting with customers.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Perform general clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Creating invoices
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Assist with order entry and processing
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the office

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
