Genie Health is hiring an Account Manager in the Connecticut/New York/Rhode Island/Long Island is a requirement and surrounding areas; in addition to CT/NY location, prior experience in management position and sales is required.

As an Account Manager, your primary role is to ensure the growth and satisifaction of our Clinic partners and their patient community.

Dual and mutual growth of patients on the Genie Health platform are essential to your success. Your proactive oversight will contribute to the long-term success and satisfaction of both clients and the organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the daytoday management of accounts, focusing on maintaining strong relationships with Clinics and their use and understanding of the Genie Health platform/tools.
  • Drive Growth Strategies that focus on how each Clinic adopts and utilizes the Genie Health platform and work to increase Patient flow through the tool.
  • High compliance of the Clinics with our tool and growth are equal in importance. Building paths to high adoption within clinic settings, building relationships with high level Administrators, Physicians and Clinical Staff equally.
  • Oversee and synchronize metrics, billing, and financial reporting by consistently reviewing metrics and reports generated by the platforms.
  • Evaluate Information to Determine Compliance with Standards — Use relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, company policies and procedures, or standards.
  • Continuously monitor clinical dashboards and generate reports to identify any instances of patients potentially being overlooked within the system. Proactively address and resolve any issues or instances where patients may be at risk of being overlooked.
  • Engage with Rehab Specialists and Registration Coordinators to ensure we provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage client referrals and ensure the effective onboarding of patients.
  • Monitor the staffing level per volume of patients for the clinic, Physical therapists, Rehab Specialists, and Registration Coordinators.
  • Guarantee the achievement of clinic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and devise strategies to foster growth.
  • Manage communication with designated client clinical staff and Genie Health leadership.
  • High level of comfort with online tools from business suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) to Program Management tools (Confluence and Jira, Power BI) Marketing needs via HubSpot. Understanding of HealthView X are a plus.

Pay:
$55, $65,000.00 per year
, contingent upon successful, proven sales experience on record.

Experience level:

  • 3 years minimum of Selling, Cold Calling, Sales Proposal Development, Strategic Growth Work, Consultative Selling ability a key criteria for the right hire.
