Do you have a passion for HR work? Are you an organizational talent and known for your structured approach? Then we are looking for you to join our team at our location in Pulheim near Cologne as an HR Assistant / Personnel Administrator (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Your tasks

  • As the first point of contact, you will support employees at the Pulheim location (sales, gastronomy, customer service, apprentices).
  • You will accompany the entire operational life cycle of our employees, from contract requests to the creation of references.
  • You will support the HR Business Partner in day-to-day operations and manage the operational applicant management.
  • You will coordinate apprenticeships, maintain our learning management system, and work closely with the central HR department in Friedberg.
