Description
This position entails routine outdoor golf course maintenance.

Examples of Duties

This list may not include all tasks and/or knowledge which may be expected of the employee, nor does it cover all specific duties which may be required.

Other duties may be assigned.

Trimming grass
Mowing greens
Mowing tees
Setting cups
Raking traps
Painting

Typical Qualifications

Must possess valid Illinois Driver's license
Prefer applicant with experience in operating small motor tools, experience in building trades, driving of pickups, working outdoors, and with other Parks and Recreation departments
Having ability to play golf is helpful and will be considered

Supplemental Information
Primary work hours are from 6:00 am - 2:00 pm Monday through Friday
All positions entail some weekend work
Seasonal Laborer I or II - based on qualifications
