- Being a Registered Respiratory Therapist is a must
- Develop a deep understanding of product functions and their impact on patient care, efficiency, and financial aspects
- Conduct sales activities including account qualification, aligning products with customer needs, product demonstrations, quoting, and closing
- Collaborate with clinical/technical customer service representatives to identify customer requirements
- Manage the sales cycle efficiently, ensuring quota achievement
- Provide necessary support to accounts as per the strategic plan
- Implement and drive Draeger sales programs in the territory
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop strategic plans to meet short and long-term sales targets
- Maintain detailed customer information related to sales activities
- BS/BA degree in business or related field, MBA is a plus
- Three years of sales experience required; Clinical sales, RRT, or product applications experience is beneficial
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and relationship-building skills
- Consultative selling skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate business solutions

The role of the Sales Executive involves all sales activities and meeting sales targets for the sale of Respiratory Care Solutions in the designated sales territory. The Sales Executive acts as the primary contact between Draeger and the assigned customer, overseeing the development of strong relationships.
