is happy to announce we are looking to hire another full time experienced Heavy Equipment Technician to assist in maintaining and repairing our modern fleet.

Ferri Equipment is a growing equipment company offering sales, rental, parts and service for LiuGong, Ammann, Nifty Lift, Wacker Neuson as well as many other makes and models.

As a Heavy Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of construction equipment, you will need to be familiar with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.

5 years' experience as a heavy equipment technician.

Ability to diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical and diesel fuel systems.

Understand how diesel after-treatment systems function.

Be ale to effieciently use OEM software, for diagnostic and repair.

Service small and large equipment such as excavators, bulldozers and skid steers.

Air conditioning diagnostics and repair.

Familiarity with dealer level warranty repairs.

Ability to work unsupervised.

The desire to continuously learn new technical information and techniques.

Must possess excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work with others.

Must maintain a positive attitude through stressful situations.

Must keep work area clean and organized.

Ability to quickly shift focus from one project to another in emergency situations.

This position will require some road service and repair using our fully equipped service truck.

You will be required to provide your own hand tools up to 1⁄2 as well as air or electric tools.

Larger and job-specific tools will be provided.

Must possess a valid driver's license and DOT medical card.
