Dimona Tee holds modern infrastructure with the latest technology. We specialize in t-shirt personalization, catering for both unit orders and bulk orders, from cutting and sewing to printing.
Position Overview:
As a Quality Analyst at Dimona Tee you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality for our printed materials.
You'll leverage your graphic design expertise, attention to detail, and printing industry knowledge to monitor and maintain quality throughout the production process.
Dimona works with the most advanced printers in the industry:Kornit for DTG, Mutoh for DTF and Tajima for Embroidery.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance
- Conduct comprehensive quality assessments of printed items, including tshirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, caps, etc
- Inspect color accuracy, image clarity, and overall visual appeal to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and address quality issues, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to optimize the printing process
Graphic Design Expertise:
- Utilize your proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, to analyze and enhance design files before printing.
- Work closely with equipment manufacturers to troubleshoot and refine artwork for optimal print results.
Documentation
- Maintain detailed records of quality assessments, identifying and documenting any defects or deviations from standards.
- Generate quality reports and share findings with relevant stakeholders.
Training and Development:
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices, ensuring consistent adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in the printing industry, with a deep understanding of printing processes and materials is an advantage.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, especially Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual quality.
- Excellent communication skills to convey quality standards and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Problemsolving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of color management and printing technology is a plus.
