Production Operator

Our production operators are instrumental to our success As an operator, you would be responsible to run a roll forming machine in a safe manner while producing quality aluminum or steel exterior building products.

Operating machines requires sharp attention to detail, the ability to read work orders, use of standard hand/power tools, the ability to work independently as well as on a team, color matching and use of a tape measure for quality checks, counting correctly, regular lifting (up to 40-75 lbs.), and the ability to package finish products as they are produced.

You must have a dependable track-record for attendance and a commitment to safety.

Hours: 1st Shift (5 days/8-hour shifts): 6:30 am - 2:30 pm (Monday - Friday)

Pay:

Starting at $17.00 per hour PLUS $3.00 per hour shift premium; can make up to $23 plus shift premium with our efficiency pay program.
