Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support and assist with various office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with project coordination, including scheduling meetings and preparing materials
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Experience in a medical office setting is a plus
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
