Leasing manager for commercial property rental - West Hills, United States - Phoenix Industries
Description
What can you expect?
- You will actively manage the rental of our real estate portfolio, including tenant acquisition and long-term support for our well-known commercial tenants
- You will conduct contract negotiations and analyze the market and competition
- You will create rental concepts while considering a profitable mix of industries and tenants
- You will expand your network with tenants and expansion managers
- You will coordinate with colleagues from other departments such as planning, construction, etc.
What should you bring?
- You have professional experience in the real estate industry
- You have a commercial education, for example as a real estate agent or a comparable degree (e.g. business administration, real estate management), preferably also a degree in law/legal studies
- You have strong negotiation skills and a hands-on mentality
- You are fluent in German (C1+) in spoken and written form
- You have good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- You are willing to travel
