Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our buildings, equipment, and systems.

This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a team.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure the proper functioning of all facilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including technicians and custodial personnel
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas in need of repair or improvement
  • Oversee the repair and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or projects
  • Manage budgets for facility maintenance and repairs
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Collaborate with other departments to address facilityrelated needs and support organizational goals Experience:
  • Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.
  • Experience in project management and overseeing construction or renovation projects
  • Proficient in using CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising a team
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Requirements:
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written communication)
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, and ability to fabricate repairs if necessary
  • Proven experience in project management and maintenance management
  • Strong ability to maintain accurate records using CMMS software
  • Previous experience in facilities management or a related field is required
