Job description:

Payroll Administrator - Job Responsibilities

  • Reports to Business manager
  • Handling time card collection
  • Payroll processing and reconciliation
  • Posting payroll taxes/ garnishments
  • Hourly, salary and commissioned payroll
  • Printing and distribution of payroll checks
  • Using current DMS CDK
  • Pre hire testing, drug screens, background, driving record
  • Entering/terminating employee benefits
  • Tracking vacation/ sick Leave
  • Other miscellaneous duties
Payroll Administrator - Job Requirements

  • Monday
  • Friday 8am to 5pm
  • Previous experience required
  • Attention to detail
  • Data entry skills
  • Highly Organized and self motivated
  • Learning new systems and processes
  • Previous dealership experience a plus/ not required
  • Paylocity experience a plus
  • Dealership experience a plus
