Front Desk Receptionist

Requirements:

Exceptional customer service skills
Proven sales experience
Experience in automotive or shop environment is preferred.
Ability to effectively multitask
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word/Excel
Proficiency with Gsuite products, such as Gmail, Google Calendar and more.

Responsibilities:
As a Front Desk Receptionist at Blackout AZ, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Front Desk Management:Provide attentive assistance at the front desk at all times

Interact professionally with walk-in customers as well as checking in appointments.

Product Knowledge and Sales:Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our services to effectively promote and sell.

Provide accurate estimates and quotes to potential customers.

Communication and Appointment Scheduling:Answer phone calls and messages promptly and professionally.

Schedule appointments efficiently.
Clearly communicate with customers and follow instructions accurately.

Vehicle Handling and Administrative Tasks:Safely drive customer vehicles to the back of the shop as needed

Collect and return keys to customers with the utmost care
Generate invoices and facilitate payment collection

Learning and Growth:Acquire knowledge of pricing for various services

Work towards achieving commission-based sales goals

Customer Engagement:Maintain an outgoing and engaging demeanor with customers

Pay:
