REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum three to five years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrates strong problemsolving skills and the ability to navigate complex situations.
• Proficient in analyzing credit reports, income documents, and other financial information.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to members.
• Ability to make independent judgements within specific policies.
• Exhibit strong relationship building skills to grow and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, and members.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Exhibits dependability with punctual and regular attendance.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Willingness to learn new processes
• Willingness to participate in Mortgage networking events

JOB SUMMARY:

• Conduct thorough mortgage loan interviews to assess members' needs and recommend appropriate loan products.
• Analyze credit reports, income documents, and other financial information to determine borrower eligibility and loan terms.
• Approve/deny and oversee the disbursement of loan request.
• Oversee and ensure closing dates and deadlines are met.
• Providing ongoing support and assistance to members throughout the mortgage loan process, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements by maintaining an uptodate license through the National Mortgage Licensing Registry.

Location:
Major Branch in Beaumont with travel to the Lumberton branch as necessary.


Hours:
Scheduled for 40-hours per week between the hours of Monday through Friday 8:15AM to 5:15PM
