Salary Range:

Up to $130K _(salary is commensurate with education and experience)_**
Job Summary:The organization provides a portfolio of search related services that advances the ability to find information rapidly and easily of data within the organization.

The program supports search of the Sponsor's intranet using variety of tools.

The Sponsor requires a temporary full stack tiger team to develop a minimum viable product (MVP) for a new intranet search user interface.

The Sponsor requires agile project management skills to manage the planning and execution of software development activities ensuring deliverables are provided on time, on budget, and meeting acceptance criteria.

Please Note:

This job requires an existing Top Secret Clearance and Polygraph.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Participate in all applicable Lean Agile scrums, sprints and grooming sessions.
Consult and coordinate appropriately for problem resolution, task scheduling, new resource requirements, and task clarification.
Work in partnership with an integrated team of staff and contractors.
Understand modern software development and architectural solutioning in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure, including a focus on resilience and scalability.
Design, develop and modify software systems.
Unit test their software and perform code reviews.

Experience Needed:

Citizenship: Must Be a US Citizen
Existing Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI with Poly
Demonstrated experience working in a Lean Agile Development environment.
Demonstrated experience developing detailed design and associated deliverables.
Demonstrated experience translating customer and system requirements into design.
Demonstrated experience designing system interfaces.
Demonstrated experience developing Single Page Applications using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or
Demonstrated experience developing synthetic or mocked data and web services.
Demonstrated experience accomplishing standard CRUD use cases in relational or nonrelational data stores, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, or MongoDB.
Demonstrated experience developing RESTful web services using NodeJS or a similar technology.
Demonstrated experience incorporating enterprisescale, single signon identity and access management technologies such as OAuth, SAML, or OpenID Connect.
Demonstrated experience developing JUnit and Jasmine tests.
Demonstrated experience with testing platforms such as Jest or Karma.
Demonstrated experience working with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Nexus
Optional Skills
Demonstrated handson experience with Lucidworks Fusion 4 or higher, particularly the consumption of Fusion data retrieval APIs.
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, contractors and senior level staff.
Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining longterm and strategic objectives to ensure that end user requirements will be satisfied in future years.
Demonstrated experience tailoring complex technical ideas and concepts to be communicated to a range of audiences in briefing and reports
