A leading company in the industrial robotics and image processing industry is currently seeking an experienced Embedded Linux Developer to join their development team in Karlsruhe, Rochester.

As a member of a small and highly skilled team, you will be responsible for developing low-level C/C++ code in an embedded Linux environment, with a focus on the Linux kernel.

You will collaborate with teams in other company locations to contribute to the development of cutting-edge industrial image processing and robotics technologies.

About you:
  • Several years of experience in embedded Linux development
  • Extensive knowledge of low-level C/C++ programming
  • Degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent qualification)
  • Experience with one or more of the following:
Image processing
Computer vision
ARM architecture
Industrial automation/industrial robotics
  • Fluent in English and ideally German
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to other company locations in southern Germany
