The Holyoke Turn Hall is a small, well established private Club that is run by a Board of Directors. The Club seeks an experienced, responsible Manager accountable for the day-to-day operations of the Club.

The Club offers a full-service bar, a banquet room, 6 bowling alleys, a full in-door basketball court and outdoor horseshoe pits.working kitchen with opportunity for additional revenues.

Qualifications:
Supervisory/Managerial Experience, KENO experience, Bartending Experience, Certifications: ServSafe, Allergen Awareness, TIPS and Choking (Current or willing to obtain)


Responsibilities:

Overall duties include 1)

Operations:
hiring/training/retention/scheduling of bartenders, provides limited food options for customers, oversees & assists with the inventory, purchasing, and receiving of product, the ability to problem solving and ensures the cleanliness/sanitation of all areas of the Club 2)

Professional Relationships; sets the standard/example for staff & club members, communicates clearly and promotes the Club & memberships, remains positive in stressful situations 3) Weekly Financial Paperwork:
reconciling of daily/weekly income/expenses from the bar, KENO, kitchen and rentals 4)

Staff Management:
develops, supervises and trains bartenders, models customer service expectations, clearly communicates expectations and retains bartenders
