Our focus is on developing new chemistries for traditional Li-Ion cells, as well as exploring and evaluating future technologies such as Solid State and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

The main responsibility of this role is to develop new approaches for high-performance solid electrolyte systems, improve existing solutions, and benchmark potential commercially available options.

The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the development team, as well as external suppliers and partners, to research and develop ASSB technologies.

Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance solid electrolytes for use in ASSBs
Further the development of ASSBs towards commercialization
Characterize materials in pellet cell and pouch cell formats
Collaborate with other researchers and engineers to accelerate the development of ASSBs
Stay updated on the latest developments in ASSBs in academic
