    Client Manager - Atlanta, United States - EPIC

    Description

    Summary

    The Client Manager will support the Account Executive by proactively managing each client account across all lines of coverage for large group employers Must have experience implementing and managing self-funded medical plans.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Data Management

    Collect and maintain all client data in the designated operating systems
    Manage the exchange of data and information with client and vendors as necessary
    Work closely with Form 5500 team to ensure accurate and timely filing of all clients' Form 5500 Reports to the IRS

    Vendor Management

    Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time benefits implementations and renewals
    Ensure timely review and execution of vendor contracts
    Manage vendors by tracking meeting notes and proactively following up to ensure timely delivery of requested data, responses to inquiries, and other service requests as they arise
    Review vendor plan documents (SPDs, SBCs, plan summaries, etc.) for accuracy
    Troubleshoot issues related to administration, billing, claims, etc.
    Manage RFP process and create presentation for review with client

    Client Relationship Management

    Manage standing client meetings with Account Executive by creating and leading agenda, tracking meeting notes, and updating status on tasks and projects
    Oversee the scheduling and completion of all communications, such as annual enrollment guides and other annual communications, new hire guides, employee transition guides, ad hoc employer communications as needed and requested
    Assist with setting up new governing documents, such as wrap documents, Section 125, etc.
    Facilitate day-to-day client needs
    Lead or attend employee educational benefits meetings
