To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a full-time inbound customer service representative (m/f/d) in Bonn.

Your responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries via telephone, email, or chat.
  • Support and advice for existing customers.
  • Complaint management and processing of claims.
  • Independent and responsible presentation of customerspecific solutions.
  • Documentation of inquiries in the database.

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or several years of professional experience in customer service, sales, or as a career changer with strong communication skills.
  • High willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in using computers and software applications.
  • Good comprehension skills and ability to explain complex content in an understandable way.
  • Able to remain calm in stressful situations and generally enjoy working with people.
