Join our team in *Hamburg* as

*IT Administrator for Transmission Technology (m/f/d)

*As part of our team, you will be responsible for setting up and providing transmission paths and will be the main point of contact for our customers.

*YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitoring and operation of DWDM, Ethernet, SDH, and microwave systems
Analysis and resolution of network disruptions
Working within ITIL processes (change and incident management)
Building and configuring Ethernet services
Contributing to the further development of transmission technology operations

*YOUR PROFILE

Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a degree in computer science or equivalent knowledge
First experience in working with network management systems
Knowledge in the field of electrical and optical information transmission
Practical experience in the area of Ethernet and TCP/IP
