Your profile:

  • You have already completed a degree as a retail merchant or a comparable education
  • You have enthusiasm for tackling new challenges and have some leadership experience
  • You have a strong team spirit and motivation, as well as initiative and a sense of responsibility
  • You have a customer-oriented approach, where you can understand and implement customer needs in a structured and solution-oriented manner
  • Your strong communication skills are evident not only in interactions with customers, but also in your team
Your tasks:
  • Complete a 24-month training program and obtain the IHK-certified qualification as a "retail sales specialist"
  • Complete the theoretical phase
