Tasks and Process

At the beginning of your training as a plastic and rubber technologist, you will be optimally prepared through a basic training in metal and plastic and courses such as milling, turning, and various welding processes. Afterwards, you will learn how to handle fully automatic and highly technical injection molding machines. During your training, you will go through areas such as tool maintenance and pattern construction, where our products, process flows, and tool variations will be taught to you by skilled workers.

As a plastic and rubber technologist, you will plan and organize the production of plastic and rubber products. For this, you will set up the corresponding production machines and systems, convert them, put them into operation, and monitor the production process. You will learn how to adjust and operate injection molding machines and become an expert in polymeric materials. With your knowledge, you will make an important contribution to the success of our products and our company.
