Your Responsibilities

  • You will support the Contract Management team in data analysis and maintenance of our database.
  • Your tasks will also include data maintenance in our corporate database (GEMS), such as verifying all compliance officers and uploading their appointment letters.
  • You will assist in compliance activities, such as reporting on trainings or conducting integrity checks on representatives and consultants through Google Search.
  • You will also be responsible for evaluating and maintaining the internal control system (RIMIS).
  • You will create presentation materials for our projects.
  • Your tasks will also involve collecting original contracts for central filing.
