Position:
Assistant Coordinator - After School Program


Location:
Great Hearts Arizona - Arete location in Mesa, AZ 85234


Job Details:


  • Assists Program Coordinator with management and operation of the afterschool and summer programs.
  • Programs provide homework assistance, educational activities, physical activities, and more.
  • Facilitates afterschool program activities and supervises K5 students.
  • Part time position offering approximately 24 hours per week. Monday-Friday during afterschool hours (school dismissal until 6:00 p.m.).

Qualifications:


  • Must meet ADHS qualifications for Director Designee
  • Minimum of high school diploma (college courses in education or related area preferred)
  • Experience with children in a licensed facility or educational program preferred
  • Minimum of 21 years old
  • Must possess or obtain valid Arizona Department of Public Safety fingerprint clearance card (IVP)
  • Negative TB test result within the last 12 months or upon offer of employment required
  • Must obtain First Aid CPR certification upon hire
