Job Description:


To strengthen our real estate team at our locations in
Cologne, Berlin, Munich, Leipzig, Hamburg, and Hanover, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) in the areas of project management for construction projects, technical asset management, energy, and sustainability.

Role Responsibilities:

Ideally, you will support our team with 15 to 20 hours per week in project processing:

  • Support the team with cost and schedule control tasks and the creation of reports
  • Support in quality control of plan documents, planning, and construction tasks
  • Support in technical and economic real estate consulting
  • Support in defect and warranty management
  • Support in the evaluation of real estate in terms of energy and sustainability
