    OVERVIEW
    I am seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant and marketing/sales support to join my team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations and interaction with clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in playing an important role of the practice and enjoys providing exceptional administrative support.

    DUTIES:
    Strong telephone and interpersonal skills
    Providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors
    Managing and organizing files, documents, and records
    Performing various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and preparing reports
    Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records for client notes, correspondence, etc.
    Accountable for providing general administrative and marketing support

    Assisting with implementation of marketing programs, seminars, special campaigns, and other lead generation programs

    Maintain office email, calendar (set and confirm appointments)

    Provide new business support, ensuring complete applications, efficient processing and tracking to completion of new business

    Respond to client servicing requests

    Track licensing with the State and FINRA

    Adhere to company Compliance guidelines

    REQUIREMENTS:
    Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Mail Merge, Salesforce)
    Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively (good time management skills and strong attention to detail)
    Excellent file management skills, with attention to detail
    Ability to coordinate projects and work well under pressure
    Experience working in a life insurance/financial services office is preferred but not required
    Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    Willingness to assume additional responsibilities
