Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Checkin and checkout guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse guests
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience, tact, and professionalism
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage
- Familiarity with guest relations practices to ensure a positive guest experience
