Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Checkin and checkout guests efficiently and accurately
  • Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

Skills:


  • Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse guests
  • Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests and team members
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with patience, tact, and professionalism
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage
  • Familiarity with guest relations practices to ensure a positive guest experience
