Position Summary:

Responsible for the accurate preparation, documentation, distribution and reconciliation of payroll and the administration of the payroll system.


What you will Do:

  • Processes biweekly payroll.
  • Reviews the computation of pay and associated deductions for accuracy.
  • Maintains uptodate knowledge of city, state, provincial, local, and federal legislation affecting payroll; understands and follows applicable provisions.
  • Sets up and process Garnishments
  • Coordinates payroll processing with UKG Pro.
  • Responds to and resolves any inquiries regarding paychecks or payroll reporting.
  • Ensures payroll issues are resolved promptly.
  • Prepares required tax filings and other reporting.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 13 Years of Payroll Experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • UKG Pro Payroll Experience
  • Other skills, systems experience, competencies (results oriented), computer abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate up and down the organization
  • A proven track record of results with a bias for action
  • A passion for learning and a craving to work in a fun culture
