    In this position...

    Lead and support current model production & design problem solving for

    Driveline Components:
    Axle systems, Driveshafts, Half-shafts, and Transfer Cases.

    Lead cross-functional teams, using 8D and/or 6-Sigma Methodologies to improve product reliability.

    For a given project, this may include all levels of delivery to production and service.

    Example activities:

    Structured Problem-Solving, Re-Authoring and Executing Failure Mode Avoidance and Design Verification Activities, Design and Release (Production and Service), Supplier Engagement, Launch, Service/Field Communications, etc.


    • Lead and support new technology / new product designs for Driveline Systems, using proven Reliability Methodologies, to deliver intended product reliability via the Design Verification (DV) process.
    • Collaborate with Core Team Members (Technical Specialists/Leaders, D&R Engineers, etc) in support of project delivery.
    • Provide Reliability Methods and Analysis coaching/guidance/expertise, on projects led by other Team Members with the Driveline Organization.
    • Deliver project presentations to Leaders at all levels on project team progress, accomplishments, conclusions, and lessons learned.
