About The Position:
- Oak Hill is seeking an Assistive Technology (AT) Coach to work
40 hours, Monday-Friday 8a4p flexible hours required. The AT Coach will provide the community with information about various types of assistive technology by means of demonstrations, direct service delivery, and programmatic events. The AT Coach will join a multidisciplinary team to collaboratively enhance community awareness and knowledge of AT in ways that align with best practice. The AT Coach will assist the Director of AT Services at Oak Hill with projects and ancillary assignments, on an as needed basis.
Minimum Requirements**:
- High School Diploma
- Recognized Assistive Technology Certification; equivalent experiences in the field of disability services will be considered

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct select AT services to guide individuals, support teams, and families through the AT consideration and implementation processes. Contexts include education, employment, home, and community settings. Service delivery via both remote and inperson modalities are expected. Written reports and service documentation are required as applicable.
- Coordinate with NEAT and Oak Hill staff, as well as outside vendors, to manage and execute services, events, activities, and programs critical to NEAT's mission.
- Develop and maintain community connections to facilitate AT awareness and expand outreach.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging AT presentations and workshops that align with evidenced based practices for educational, vocational, and consumer groups at the local and national levels.
- Exhibit innovation for adapting and modifying assistive technology tools and programs.
