Description
Duties:
- Assist in creating and implementing ageappropriate educational activities for children in the daycare.
- Provide care and supervision for infants and toddlers.
- Promote positive behavior management techniques and encourage social skills development.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for children at all times.
- Assist with mealtime routines, including feeding and cleaning up.
- Help with diaper changes and potty training as needed.
- Collaborate with other daycare staff to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environmen.t
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
Skills:
- Experience in daycare a MUST
- Strong ability to educate and engage children in learning through play.
- Reliable and on time EVERY DAY
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and other staff members
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
