Responsibilities

  • Build positive relationships with our team, clients and external business partners.
  • Oversee day to day account management of assigned client accounts.
  • Deliver certificates of insurance in a timely and efficient fashion.
  • Maintain and update files in our account management system and troubleshoot billing or payment issues.
  • Correspond and maintain contact with advisors regarding new and renewal business.

Requirements:


  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building abilities.
  • Confident, selfstarter who works well independently.
  • Proficiency to multitask, followthru and followup.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • No prior insurance experience is needed; training and licensing support will be provided.
