Responsibilities and Duties_

  • Lead the development and execution of the strategic account plans at key named accounts
  • Continuously develop relationships with priority customer stakeholders, understand their key business issues, and recommends ways to deliver value
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of opportunities at named accounts, including renewals, projects, and share improvement opportunities
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations, tailored to customer use case and requirements, to facilitate upselling and crossselling opportunities
  • Develop new business proposals, quotations, and pitch documents
  • Work collaboratively with the customer success and customer support teams to drive improved satisfaction and account growth
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to drive accountbased marketing initiatives
  • Communicate customer activity, opportunity status, renewal status, and strategic plan progress to management
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs
  • Maintain accurate recordkeeping through diligent use of the company's CRM system and information management platforms

What Experience, Skills, and Attributes you will need to be successful?_

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simulations
  • Ability to use initiative and creativity to develop solutions and overcome sales objections
  • Solid numeracy and ability to work with budgets
  • Selfdriven and ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with your team
  • A strong interest in technology and the ability to learn and confidently use new software
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook programs

Qualifications and skills that will set you apart:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Proven sales experience as a strategic account manager of large account portfolios
  • Experience in any of the following would be advantageous but not a requirement: AV technology / virtual reality / education technology / architectural design and visualization technology / collaboration technology / consulting / simulation and training technology

$69, $91,902.00 per year
