What You'll Do:

Maintain store cleanliness, organize products for shoppers, and assist with customer sales
Operate the POS terminal and help customers find merchandise
Stock the retail floor and handle phone inquiries
Collaborate with the team to provide excellent customer service in a clean store environment

Compensation and Benefits for Full-Time Work:

Starting rate: $17.00 per hour with opportunities for performance-based raises up to $19.13 per hour. Incremental pay increases based on performance and tenure.

Work Schedule:

Flexible schedule based on business needs, may include evenings and weekends. Full-time Sales Associates work an average of hours per week.
