Job Overview

Working under the guidance of a licensed Nurse, this role focuses on providing high-quality patient care while respecting human dignity. The primary responsibilities include delivering personalized care to patients and upholding the PH Standards of Behavior.

Requirements

Education:

Licensure/Certification:
CPR certification must be obtained within 60 days of hiring. Preference is given to candidates with CNA/EMT/Paramedic certification. If assigned to the Parkview Randallia Family Birthing Center, PCTs are required to be bonded as a notary public within 6 months of joining for individuals aged 18 and above.

Experience:
Prior experience in a patient care environment is beneficial but not mandatory.

Additional Qualifications

Attendance of a four (4) day New Hire/Patient Care/EPIC Orientation is mandatory. The typical orientation schedule spans Monday to Thursday (full day).
