DCS Corp has an exciting opportunity for a Principal Operational C2 Manager to provide support to HBB/Kessel Run.

The Operational C2 Manager shall possess an in-depth knowledge and skill from extensive hands-on experience within the Military Installation/Wing C2 domain to support the development, operations, and sustainment of the Command and Control, Incident Management and Emergency Response Application (C2IMERA).

Individual must be adept at user/stakeholder engagement in the context of enabling successful implementation of the system, strategic system planning, defining and communication system requirements, and analyzing operational threads that enable successful C2.

This is a Full Time role located at Langley AFB in Virginia.

Essential Job Functions:

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:

Continuously evaluate effectiveness of C2IMERA training efforts and health of user base knowledge/expertise to identify areas for improvement and users/user groups that require additional or advanced training based on Air Force needs.

Support initiatives to improve operational products and user experiences.
Support internal vendor 'smoke testing' as well as occasional 'node checks' when significant testing is needed.
Deliver training as required in support of (ISO) integration, and any required testing.
Provide unique Installation/Wing C2 training, fielding, and installation support to AOC sites.

Facilitate Installation/Wing C2 integration into the AOC baseline by participation in technical exchanges to facilitate completion of Functional Analysis (FA) for AOC, and in Production Center (PC) engineering, integration, and post installation meetings.

Ensure interoperability for multiple tasks above with respect to Installation/Wing C2

Maintain liaison with key Lead Command requirements office (ACC/A5C), operations office (ACC/A3C) and other offices for developing CONOPS affecting Installation C2 (ACC/A3Y Futures) and Core Function Support Teams (CFST) as they become relevant (ex.

Air Base Air Defense).

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A High School Diploma plus 30 years of directly related experience, 20 of which must be in the DoD or a Bachelor's Degree plus 25 years of experience, 15 of which must be in the DoD.

A DoD Secret Security clearance.
