In your role, youll assist our customers with shopping on our website or within our catalog, place orders for them and suggest products they may have missed.

Become increasingly familiar with products offered by The Vermont Country Store
Build relationships and engage customers during phone call
Maintain flexibility in accepting assignments and direction, each of which can change to meet the needs of the business at any time
