General:

Are you a recent graduate with a (technical) high school diploma and ready to start your professional career? We want to take this step together with you and lay the foundation for your career path.

At DYMATRIX, we specialize in personalization and analytics in e-commerce and we want to train you to become a specialist as well.

During the dual study program, theory and practical phases alternate.

In six semesters, you will learn a lot of theoretical knowledge at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Karlsruhe, which you can then apply directly in practice at our company.

After three years, you will graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Your tasks:

You will independently take on projects in the field of software development, focusing on our SaaS applications and the topic of artificial intelligence, all based on a modern cloud tech stack.

You will actively contribute to the further development of our products and create direct added value for our customers.

In order to implement the appropriate software solutions, you will learn about the processes of various departments and gain insights into all areas of expertise.

You will also learn about agile software development based on modern architecture, including software that processes billions of tracking requests.

As a member of our Scrum team, you will play an important role.
