    We are seeking an Attorney to become a part of our team and work on a diverse range of cases. The ideal candidate is capable of working independently, thinking "outside of the box" and problem solving. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in civil litigation and be familiar with the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. Although courtroom experience is a plus, it is not required. This is a live, in person position at a civil litigation law firm located in the heart of Coral Gables, Florida.

    Responsibilities:

    • Represent clients in court, in arbitration proceedings or before government agencies
    • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
    • Advise clients on business and legal transactions
    • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
    • Comply with all legal standards and regulations
    • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

    ​​Qualifications:

    • Florida Bar license
    • Previous experience in law
    • Previous litigation experience
    • Familiarity with various legal documents
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
