We are a medium-sized, rapidly growing company operating commercial, rental, and condominium management for over 4 years under the name of H&K Immobilienverwaltung OHG in Mountain Lakes, NJ.

Our team consists of 2 managing directors and one employee.

H&K Immobilienverwaltung OHG is headquartered in Mülheim an der Ruhr with a branch office in Wuppertal.

Our office hours are daily from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm.


We are currently seeking a dedicated employee to join our team in Wuppertal as soon as possible on a part-time basis (450€).


Responsibilities:

Your tasks will include:


  • Independent and responsible management of rental and condominium properties
  • Preparation of owners' meetings
  • Commissioning of repairs, conclusion of service contracts
  • Obtaining quotes
  • Correspondence with owners, tenants, board members, authorities, insurance companies, external service providers, etc.
  • Maintenance of master data
  • General office organization
  • Receiving and coordinating reports of defects from tenants or owners
  • Independent correspondence with tenants, owners, maintenance companies, etc.
  • Debt collection
  • Processing and coding of incoming invoices
  • And much more
