As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks with our Customer Team:


Responsibilities:

  • Customer communication and service: You are the first point of contact for questions and issues from our end customers and dealer customers.
  • Customer consultation: You advise our end customers on suitable products, process inquiries, create quotes, and ensure a smooth purchase process through the platform.
  • Customer management: You manage new and existing end customers and act as the interface between dealer customers and end customers.
  • Service content: You optimize and create helpful content for end and dealer customers on the website.
  • Customer interface: You develop concepts to efficiently communicate with end customers on our site and optimize their user journey.

Your Profile:

  • Interest in the topic of bicycles and affinity for the sports and outdoor industry.
  • Strong team orientation, communication skills, and perseverance.
  • Affinity for digital media and eCommerce.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Enjoy making phone calls and have a pleasant telephone voice.
  • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working.
  • High determination and strong desire for success.
