As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently looking for a PMT Coordinator (m/f/d) in full-time for our client company
AUDI in Neckarsulm.

Your tasks:

Coordination and operationalization of PMT solutions in the ET department
Advising the company on designing optimal processes, structures, resource allocation, and methodological approaches
Defining new processes and analyzing and optimizing existing processes
Designing organizational structures and processes
Conducting/leading strategic projects and strategic planning processes
Planning and implementing brandspecific and crosscompany IT projects
Organizing an ET internal, OE2 crossfunctional core team for process, method, and tool topics
Identifying and consolidating needs for PMT solutions (new/ongoing development, problem solving, improvement suggestions) and inputting and processing them in the FUSE Workbox
Coordinating departmental tests for PMT solution acceptance
Providing PMT consulting/coaching within the department
Preparing strategic PMT decisions for management, developing and coordinating decision recommendations
Distributing information on activities, solutions, and organizational changes related to PMT solutions
Planning and managing external contracts for PMT
Creating communication materials
Experience in the technical processes of systems engineering and an agile project method
Ideally, knowledge of process management and underlying standards, best practices, e.g. CMMI, ASPICE
