Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Manage all aspects of assigned properties
  • Handle tenant and homeowner inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors
  • Ensure properties are wellmaintained and meet quality standards
  • Prepare and maintain accurate property records and reports
  • Management of special projects as needed.

Skills:


  • Proficient in data entry and property management software.
  • Excellent customer service skills to build positive relationships
  • Conflict management skills to resolve tenant disputes effectively
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
