Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Assistant with a minimum of 2 years experience with benefit and payroll practices.

This position is a full-time position Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

• Assist with a variety of HR functions including benefits, recruitment, staffing, employee records, new hire orientation, and HRIS systems
• Coordinate new hire orientations and assist in onboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and facilitating training sessions.
• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR related matters, such as benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning and other tasks as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in administrative tasks
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fastpaced environment
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
• Knowledge of employment related laws and regulations
• Proficient with HRIS systems

Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
